# obsidian-vault-badge

This is a basic plugin that lets you add a badge (Windows overlay) to an Obsidian vault, making it slighty easier to distinguish them in the Windows toolbar.

You can set the badge for the current vault with the `Vault Badge: Replace badge` command (Ctrl + P). The badge is stored in the Obsidian vault.

If you need a source of icons, I recommend [Lucide](https://lucide.dev) or [OpenSVG](https://opensvg.dev/icons). Badges must be in ICO format.
## Installation
You can install the plugin by going to the [plugin's Obsidian page](https://community.obsidian.md/plugins/vault-badge) and clicking "Add to Obsidian."
