# Obsidian - Any Table Sort

A plugin for [Obsidian](https://obsidian.md/) that adds the ability to sort any table in preview mode, including tables rendered with [Dataview Plugin](https://community.obsidian.md/plugins/dataview).

### Features
- Supports sorting multiple columns (`Shift+click`).
- Supports number and date sorting.
- Does not affect file contents.

### How-to use
1. Switch to preview mode.
2. Click on the table header to sort:
    - 🔼 — ascending
    - 🔽 — descending
3. Use `Shift+click` to add additional sorting (second, third priority, etc.)

### Installation
The recommended way to install Homepage is to download it from the [community repository](https://community.obsidian.md/plugins/any-table-sort). This can also be accessed from the Community plugins pane of Obsidian's settings.
**OR**
1. Download the required files from the latest release.
2. Move them to `[vault]/.obsidian/plugins/any-table-sort` (you may need to create the folder)
3. Enable "Any Table Sort" from the "Community plugins" settings.
